I would like to tell everyone, if you need an agent Judy Bennett is who you need. She went above and beyond any real estate agent that I've ever met. Living in Massachusetts and trying to buy property in Florida was very stressful. Judy was there from the time we met her, to the closing. She completely educated us on the Florida process of purchasing a home. We bought the house sight unseen. Judy took the time to give us a video walk through of the house before deciding to make an offer. At no time did she ever pressure our decisions for offers or counteroffers. Anytime we needed an addendum, she had it in my email within hours. She put me in contact with everyone I needed to get purchase completed. Each one of her recommendations were excellent and the people she recommended were awesome. Finance, Insurance, Inspection, Title company, all were excellent, I didn't have to chase anyone. Each of them did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. She put it all together for us and helped every step of the way. Can't thank her enough.
